I am a 31 year old Swede figuring out how to live life in Europe after a decade in the US. This is a peek into our lives in Austria with Prince Vince. Vincent was born on May 12, 2006 with an extra chromosome aka Down syndrome (Translocation 21;21). This blog is about living life Upside Down.
We started by taking his baby bed down. Vince loved it as he could climb even better on it when it was taken a part
He is SO happy to have his own big bed. We decided on this one.
He slept all night in his own big boy bed! At 5,30 am he came walking into our bedroom, ready to celebrate his birthday.

Grandpa built a swing set with a slide for Vince.

So now my little big kid is 2! Thanks to every one for the gratulations and celebrations. We had a great day yesterday!

Alltså, för det första. Tobleronemousse? Var är min tårta? Gud vad gott det lät. Och sen…kan man få låna den där farfarn? Han är ju bara för händig han. Om det är svårt att skicka dom båda hit så får väl vi komma och hälsa på istället…Had evarit kul, men vi får se hur det blir. Vet ju inte ens om vi kommer till Sverige i år. Ett stort grattis till Vincent igen!
